-  When is the masterclass?

    8th of October 2023.

 -  Where it will be held?

    At Raffels The Palm Dubai - UAE.

 -  For how many hours?

    From 3:00 p.m to 8:30 p.m. 

 -  The class will be in which language? 

    English ( There will be a simultaneous interpretation to Arabic , Russian, Persian )

-  Do I have to be a makeup artist to attend this class?

    No, everyone is welcome to take the class.  

 -  Do I need to print my receipt?

    No, all the names are registered. You just need to bring your ID & collect your name badge from the registration desk next to the ballroom.

 -  What are the differences between DIAMOND VIP, GOLD VIP & SILVER seats? 

    - DIAMOND VIP seat :

• You will be seated in the VIP section (1st row) / Seating order depends on the payment date .
• More items in the gift box for DIAMOND VIP seats than GOLD VIP .

    - GOLD VIP seat :

• You will be seated in the VIP section (2nd, 3rd & 4th rows) / Seating order depends on the payment date .
• More items in the gift box for GOLD VIP seats than SILVER seats .

    - SILVER seat:

• You will be seated after the VIP section / Seating order depends on the payment date .
• You will get a gift box .

 -  Where I will be seated?

    Seating order depends on the payment date.

 -  Am I going to apply makeup on myself during the class?

    No.

-  Will I be getting a certificate?

   You will get attendance certificate.

 -  Can I take pictures/videos during the class?

    Yes you can take pictures or short videos during the demonstration. Recording the whole demonstration is not allowed. Participants will be able to take photos with Patrick after the demonstration. 

 -  What is the refund policy?

    - Cancellation made by the PARTICIPANT will incur the loss of the full masterclass fee.

    - If UWCEE cancel the event you will be refunded for the paid masterclass fee.

    - Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of the event, participants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer their registration to the same event at a new/future date.
